We truly can't say enough about DJ Mico; he is an incredibly nice person but also kept it extremely professional and even came to our table to check up on us during the wedding. This deposit enables us to hold down the date for you, and guarantee you're in good hands with a professional, down to earth, reliable DJ who will deliver exactly the experience that you're looking for.
The deposit is fully refundable in the event of a crisis, disaster, or health concern, such as covid lockdowns. However unlikely these events may be, we want you to know that you would be covered if
something seriously unfortunate were to happen. In any of these cases, we could also reschedule your event to another date for no extra charge.
Our priority is to remove stress from your wedding planning process with clear communication and flexible options. When you book with us, you'll never need to worry. If you've already put your deposit down and booked your DJ, but you later decide that you need to add or change some details about your wedding DJ package, just let us know. We can discuss what you need and make those changes for you.

1. "Will you send a contract?"
Absolutely. We will send you a detailed contract which includes all of the services that we will have discussed in our consultation call. If you'd like to make changes to the contract at a later time, we will be happy to do so. For example, we can start earlier, play longer, bring more sound or lighting options, for a reasonable price.
2. "Is the deposit refundable, in case of an emergency?"
Yes. If you encounter a health problem or a family crisis, a natural disaster or lockdowns, we can send your deposit back in full. We can also reschedule to a later date for no extra charge.
3. "What if a DJ is sick, injured, or if equipment fails?"
We have a network of professional DJs who we can call in case of an emergency. We can have equipment delivered in case something fails. We always arrive 1.5 - 2 hours before a wedding to do a thorough sound test and mic check. Our DJs bring backup equipment and we always plan ahead to ensure that we can keep the music playing. The show must go on!
4. "What if a DJ makes a mistake at an event?"
Communication is everything. We always want to be on the same page as our clients: before, during, and after the event. We truly want your feedback, so that we can constantly improve, both as a business and as individual performers.
