Mico - Founder, Director & DJ
International Expertise
Mico is a Calgary wedding DJ, event organizer, and lifelong music enthusiast. Since 2011, he’s brought his energy and expertise to weddings, clubs, and festivals across Calgary and beyond.
In 2017, he honed his craft in Australia with Melbourne Entertainment Company, earning Entertainer of the Month. He also co-founded two successful EDM event brands, producing over 60 shows and hosting world-class DJs.
As founder of Mico Entertainment, he works closely with couples from first consultation to final song — creating custom playlists, adapting to the crowd, and making sure the music flows perfectly from ceremony to last dance. His goal: unforgettable vibes, zero stress, and a night you’ll be talking about for years.
Joshua - DJ
The Next Generation
Joshua isn’t just a great DJ — he’s the kind of person you want running your wedding. He’s dependable, clean-cut, and genuinely cares about every couple he works with. Whether it means traveling out of town, adjusting on the fly, or going the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered, Joshua consistently delivers above and beyond.

Red Deer & Edmonton DJ Entertainer
Fynn brings over 20 years of music experience and a natural gift for connecting with people. Based in Red Deer and happy to travel to both Edmonton and Calgary, he’s a versatile performer — DJ, host, instrumentalist, and live-loop artist — with the talent and energy to light up any event.
He's down-to-earth, empathetic, and goes above and beyond. Whether it’s a wedding, party, or special event, his goal is to deliver a seamless, fun, and unforgettable experience every time.
Cade - DJ
Rising Star
Cade is a young, vibrant professional with a passion for creating unforgettable moments on the dance floor. A graduate of Vancouver’s Nimbus School of Recording and Media, he’s honed his craft alongside one of Calgary’s best wedding DJs — and his own brother, Matt.
Born and raised in Calgary, Cade has performed at premier venues like Sub Rosa and Ace, and earned a spot on Calgary’s Chasing Summer lineup two years in a row, sharing the stage with global acts like Marshmello, Armin Van Buuren, and Loud Luxury.
Equally skilled across all genres, Cade blends professionalism with high-energy performance, making him a favourite for weddings, corporate events, and parties. We’re proud to have him on the team and excited to see him continue to rise.
The Top 3 Questions About Our Calgary Wedding DJs
1. "What music do your DJs play?"
We play everything you want — and nothing you don’t. From 70s classics to modern Top 40, we curate the soundtrack that feels like your wedding. As professional wedding DJs, our job is simple: play the songs you love, and avoid the ones you don’t. Whether your dream playlist is packed with 80s sing-alongs, country hits, Latin beats, or pop anthems from every decade, we’ll make it happen. We’ve performed at weddings of all styles — Arabic, Persian, Italian, Mexican, Colombian, Filipino, Chinese, Korean, Jewish — and love incorporating cultural traditions when couples request them. Some couples prefer we keep it fully contemporary, and that’s fine too. From ceremony to cocktails to the last dance, we’ll keep things flowing. Thanks to our extensive music libraries and the wonders of the internet, if a song isn’t on the list, we can usually have it ready in seconds.
2. "Do your wedding DJs take requests?"
Yes — from you, always. From guests, as long as they fit your vibe. You’re in control. If you give us a “must-play” list, we’ll make sure it’s all there. You can also request songs anytime during your wedding — we’ll drop them in seamlessly. Guest requests are welcome too, unless you’ve said otherwise. If someone asks for a track that’s not in your plan (say, Uncle Jeff and his polka obsession), we’ll politely decline or check with you first. Some couples give us a detailed, song-by-song roadmap. Others just want “fun music people can dance to” and trust our experience. Either way, we’ll read the room, pick the perfect moment for each track, and keep the energy flowing.
3. Do your DJs do quick mixes, or do they let songs play out?
Smooth transitions that keep the dance floor alive — no jarring quick-cuts unless you request them. You’ve probably been to weddings where the DJ cut songs every 15 seconds, killing the vibe. Or the opposite — letting a track drag on while the floor cleared. We avoid both extremes. Our approach: smooth, professional mixing that keeps people dancing. We’ll skip boring parts, blend into the next hit at the right time, and maintain the energy. Quick-mixing and scratching have their place — usually in hip hop or club settings. If you’re into that style, we can absolutely incorporate it. But at most weddings, guests want familiar songs played long enough to sing, dance, and make memories. The spotlight belongs to you and your guests, not our turntable tricks.
